Approach

A clear path from the question in front of you to technology that works better.

Whether the answer is comprehensive managed services, a focused project, licensing, or ongoing support, we define the work, show the cost, and make ownership clear before we begin.

The operating principle

Show the whole number, including the awkward part of it.

Our proposals separate what you are buying into parts — the licenses you own, the security platform we bring, and our service — and price each one openly. When the total is higher than what you pay today, we say so on the same page as the total, along with what the difference buys.

This is not modesty. It is the only version of the conversation that survives contact with a business leader who reads carefully. Businesses that can see exactly what they are buying make better decisions about it, argue with us earlier, and stay considerably longer.

The managed-services engagement

Four stages, with clear ownership at each one.

Discovery is deliberately useful on its own. If you take the findings and fix them with your existing provider, that is a legitimate outcome and we will not make it awkward.

01

Discovery

We inventory devices, mailboxes, licenses, contracts and the last few invoices, then reconcile that against what the business believes it has. The gap between those two is the finding. You receive it in writing whether or not you engage us—including the parts that are working well.

02

Proposal

A written proposal in three parts: the licenses you own; the security and management platform we bring; and our service. Assumptions are flagged as assumptions. Where a number could move during onboarding, we say which direction and why.

03

Transition

A documented handover run by us. Notice to the incumbent, credential and administrative access recovery, tenant ownership confirmed in your name, licenses transferred in a sequence that lets nothing lapse, and replacement protection confirmed live on every device before anything is removed from it.

04

Steady state

Support, patching, monitoring and administration month to month. Monthly security coverage reporting, restore testing supported at least annually, and a quarterly review covering the asset register, replacement forecast and roadmap—written for business leaders rather than engineers.

Focused engagements

A simpler path when you need one service or one outcome.

Consulting, projects, licensing, administration, and tiered support use the same principles with a scope shaped around the work in front of you.

STEP 01

Define

Clarify the question, desired outcome, constraints, and the responsibilities that belong to each party.

STEP 02

Recommend

Provide a practical recommendation, visible assumptions, and a scope you can evaluate before committing.

STEP 03

Deliver

Complete the agreed work with a clear owner, documented decisions, and direct communication.

STEP 04

Support

Close with usable documentation and, when included, an ongoing administration or support option.

Commitments

Things we will not do, written down.

We will make licensing costs clear

We provide competitive quotes, explain the available terms, and tell you when a seat can be downgraded or a subscription dropped. Your tenant and business data remain yours.

We will not invent a support rate after the fact

Your agreement states the support hours it covers and the rate for anything beyond them. Both are set before you sign, so an unusually heavy month shows up as a number you already agreed to.

Your environment remains yours

Tenants, domains and licenses are registered to you, not to us. Documentation is kept current and available on request, keeping ownership, access and responsibilities clear.

We will not soften a finding

If discovery turns up a gap, a duplicated cost or a control you have attested to that is not actually in place, you get it plainly — including when it is inconvenient or uncomfortable for us to say.

You are not buying a ticket queue staffed by whomever is available. You are buying senior judgment about your business, applied deliberately to the outcome you need.

Start here

Start with the question in front of you.

Share what is not working, what you are considering, or what you want technology to make possible. We will help identify the right place to begin.
