These terms govern your use of elitetek.io. They do not govern any services we provide. Services are governed exclusively by the written services agreement signed between Elite Tek Solutions, LLC and the client, and nothing on this website amends, supplements or overrides that agreement.

No offer, and no advice

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a warranty, or professional, legal, insurance or regulatory-compliance advice. Descriptions of what we include in an agreement are general descriptions of our usual approach. What is actually included in your engagement, and what it costs, is determined by your written proposal and services agreement.

References to regulatory frameworks — including HIPAA, the FTC Safeguards Rule, and cyber-insurance requirements — describe the context in which our clients operate. We are not a law firm, an insurance broker or a certification body, and we do not certify compliance with any framework. You should take your own professional advice on your obligations.

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or up to date, and we may change its content at any time without notice.
